Safety, Storage & Feeding Guide

• How to Store: Product arrives frozen as an individual 454g (1lb) block. Store in the freezer until needed.

• How to Prep: Defrost thoroughly in the fridge in a sealed container. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24hours. (Top tip: If you don't need a full 454g in one day, carefully slice the block in half while it is still slightly frozen and pop the rest straight back in the freezer!)
