We lock the doors to the public so your dog can sniff, shop, and explore in a calm, safe, and trigger-free environment.

• Zero Surprises: The front door will be locked. There is absolutely no risk of another dog walking in or surprising your pet while you are here.

• Go at Their Pace: There is no rush and no pressure. If your dog needs 10 minutes just to sniff the floor and decompress before looking at harnesses, that is exactly what we will do.

• 1-on-1 Expertise: You get our undivided attention to help you find exactly what you need, without you having to constantly scan the room for triggers.

• Completely Free: We don't charge for this service. We simply want to support our local dog community and make sure every dog gets to enjoy a trip to the treat shop.

What Can We Do During Your Visit?

We can tailor the session entirely to your dog's needs:

• Stress-Free Harness Fittings: Trying on gear can be scary. We will take our time to gently fit and adjust harnesses (like our Non-stop Dogwear range) without the panic.

• Calm Weigh-Ins: Need an accurate weight for their food portions? You can use our scales in peace.

• Treat Tasting: Let your dog confidently explore our natural treat wall and use their nose to pick out their favourite chews.
  

• Keep our distance: If your dog need space from people we can absolutley keep our distance!

Booking is simple and stress-free:

3. Choose a time: Together, we will arrange a suitable time for your visit. These sessions are typically held outside of standard trading hours (before we open or after we close) to guarantee complete privacy and quiet.
